Sale Policy:
- All sales are final.
- Returns will be considered only if there is proof that the product (book) was defective or damaged before the sale.
- Returns will be inspected in person and processed at the business office. If approved, a refund will be processed through the payment system or in cash.
- Record of All Completed orders will be retained for 3 months after which it will be expunged from business records.
